Quick update, feeling under the weather this week but still managed to lose weight, only .6lb but still less than I weighed last week :).
well it’s December 1st, the holiday season has begun and so have the copious amounts of sweets. The unfortunate thing about the holidays is the holiday weight you gain. I’m going to try not to gain but for someone without any will power, sugar cookies and boxes of chocolate are not a good thing.
